System notifications
Read platform-wide notices from RequestRocket in the app.
System notifications are platform-wide notices sent by RequestRocket. They are separate from organisation notifications, alert digests, and personal notifications.
View system notifications
Open Notifications
Open the Notifications tab on the dashboard.
Select System
Select the System filter to show only platform-wide notices. System notifications do not contribute to the unread count and cannot be marked read or unread.
Open a notice
Select a notification to read its title, message, severity, and creation time.
Notification types
