System notifications with an agent
Read platform-wide RequestRocket notices through the Core MCP.
An AI agent connected to the Core MCP can list platform-wide notices from RequestRocket.
List notifications
Call list_system_notifications with no arguments. The result contains systemNotifications and the message Notifications retrieved successfully.
Each notification can include its ID (sKey), title, message, severity, and creation time.
The Core MCP also registers get_system_notification with a required notificationId. The deployed API has no single-item system-notification route, so this tool currently returns the same list rather than one selected item. Use list_system_notifications and select the matching sKey in the result.
System notifications cannot be acknowledged. Organisation and personal notifications have separate tools for listing and changing read state.
