Personal notifications with an agent

These tools read and update notices addressed to the connected user.

Call order

1. Call get_current_user with no arguments and save its userId.
2. Call list_user_notifications with userId.
3. Call get_user_notification with userId and the notice's sKey as notificationId.
4. Call acknowledge_user_notification with userId, notificationId, and required boolean isRead.
