Support with an agent
Submit a support request through the RequestRocket Core MCP.
An AI agent connected to the Core MCP can create a support request with submit_support_request.
Before you start
Connect the agent to the Core MCP as a RequestRocket user. Gather the affected organisation or resource, the approximate time, and any error text. Do not send credentials or user tokens.
Submit the request
Call submit_support_request with:
| Argument | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
subject | Yes | A brief summary of the request |
message | Yes | The details needed to understand or reproduce it |
For example, ask the agent:
Submit a support request titled "Proxy returns 403" explaining that proxy
example-proxybegan returning 403 at 14:20 UTC, including the request path and the expected result.
The tool returns the created support item and the message Support item created successfully. A tool error means the request was not created; check the Core MCP connection and retry without including secrets.
