Profile with an agent

The Core MCP can read the connected user's profile and user configuration. It has no registered tool to update either record or redeem a user promotional code.

Call order

1. Call get_current_user with no arguments and save userId.
2. Call get_user with that userId when the full user route response is needed.
3. Call get_user_configuration with that userId for notification preferences, sharing preferences, achievements, and public promotional-grant names.
