Organisation and team with an agent

The Core MCP can resolve and read organisations. In tool names and arguments, client means the organisation and clientId is its id.

Before you start

Connect to the Core MCP as a user who belongs to the organisation. There is no registered Core MCP tool for changing an organisation's members or invites; use the app or Core API for those actions.

Call order

1. Call list_clients with no arguments to list memberships.
2. When starting from a name, call find_client_by_name with name. Do not guess a clientId; ask the user to choose when requires_confirmation is true.
3. Call get_client with the resolved clientId.

find_client_by_name returns exact_match, requires_confirmation, and matches. Each match includes the clientId needed by other organisation tools.
