MSP organisation and team with an agent

An MSP is a managed service provider with a team separate from every managed client's team. Resolve mspId before using team tools.

Call order

1. list_msps takes no arguments. Select an mspId.
2. get_msp takes mspId.
3. list_msp_members and list_msp_invites each take mspId.
4. create_msp_invite takes mspId, userEmail, roles, and optional userName.
5. update_msp_member_roles takes mspId, memberId, and replacement roles.
6. remove_msp_member takes mspId and memberId.

Valid roles are msp_owner, msp_admin, msp_user, and msp_reader. Only an MSP owner can assign msp_owner; the sole owner cannot be demoted.
