Organisations

Learn how to create and manage organisations, invite team members, and configure billing

Organisations

Organisations in RequestRocket allow you to manage team members, projects, and access controls in one place. In the UI, organisations are often referred to as clients.

Creating an Organisation

To create a new organisation:

Open the user menu

Click the user profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Access Organisations

Click "Organisations" in the dropdown menu. You will see the Organisations page with two tabs: Clients and Invites.

Open the Create flow

On the Clients tab, the "Your Orgs" section lists your client organisations. Click the "Create" button to create a new one.

Enter Details

Enter your organisation name and other required details.

Confirm

Click "Create" to finalize the organisation.

Once created, you will be the default administrator of the organisation. In the table, your organisations appear under Client, with Your Roles (e.g. owner, admin) and Actions (settings, delete) for each.

Organization switcher (grid icon)

The grid icon in the top bar opens the organization menu. You can:

  • See and switch the current Organization (e.g. RequestRocket)
  • Go to Dashboard
  • Open User management — team members and invites for that organisation
  • Open Org settings — organisation-level settings (e.g. billing)

When you're in a client context, the left sidebar also shows Users; clicking it takes you to the same User management area.

Org settings tabs

After choosing Org settings from the grid menu, you get a settings page with six tabs:

TabPurpose
ProfileClient Profile — organisation name (Client Name), Client ID (unique identifier, with copy button). Use Save or Reset.
SecurityClient Security — sharing toggles (proxy/target credentials, targets, proxies), Rate Limits (requests per minute/day), Regional Access (which regions the org can use).
PlansFeature Access — view Basic, Team, and Business plans and consumption costs.
BillingBilling Details (Stripe; payment methods, invoices) and Account Balance (top-up settings).
IntegrationsWant integrations? — suggest integrations via a message; Submit / Reset.
AccountLeave Feedback or Delete the organisation (destructive).

Your pending invites (your account)

From the user menu → OrganisationsInvites tab you see "Pending Invites" — invitations to you to join other teams. You can accept (checkmark) or decline (trash). Invites expire after a certain period.

Team Management (within an organisation)

To manage team members and invites for an organisation:

Open User management

Click the grid icon in the top bar and choose User management, or click Users in the left sidebar when you're in that organisation's context.

Team members (Users tab)

The Users tab shows "Team members" — a table with First Name, Last Name, Email, Roles, and Actions (edit pencil, delete trash). Use this to update roles or remove members.

Pending Invites (Invites tab)

The Invites tab shows "Pending Invites" for your team: invites you've sent that haven't been accepted yet. You can resend or revoke them. Click "Create" to invite a new member: enter their email, choose a role, and send the invitation.
